When I suffered with eczema I was very conscious of the Eczema on my Face. But had I focused on the nutrients I was consuming I could have eliminated the Eczema on my face much sooner than I did.
There is a very easy way to improve the nutrients that you absorb from your food immediately. It is not that difficult and if you incorporate it in your eating routine you will receive a lot of other health benefits.
All you need do to improve the nutrient absorption is to chew. If you chew your food thoroughly so that it is almost liquid in form when you swallow, you will dramatically improve the quality and amount of nutrients your body absorbs.
Most people tend to chop and swallow their food. The food arrives in the stomach in chunks and is not completely digested. In fact if you do not chew your food sufficiently when it arrives in the intestines it will ferment.
