In your quest to heal your eczema are you trying to avoid cow’s milk and cow’s milk products?
You should. Cow’s milk is renowned for aggravating allergies. The main reason for this is that the consumption of milk over stimulates the lower stomach.
The continuous consumption of milk weakens the stomach and eventually destroys the functioning of those cells. This will lead to hydrochloric acid deficiency, which leads to cell irritation.
This continuous irritation leads to skin rashes, hives and a host of other allergies too.
A further reason for shunning milk is that cow’s milk and cow’s milk products are efficiently metabolized in the human system.
Cow’s milk also tends to create mucus. Mucus is deposited in the intestines, sinus and lungs. This mucus in the intestines eventually hardens along the delicate walls and reduces the absorption of vital nutrients from foods.
Totally avoid cow’s milk and cow’s milk products. Instead use goat’s milk or nut milk, both of which are far healthier for your body and will not have any adverse affect on your eczematous skin.
A couple more reasons why you should shun cow’s milk are as follows:
