No-one wants to discuss OTT sweating or sweaty underarms, while it’s a standard problem for plenty of folk.

As you might think, at least 1% of the population suffers from over the top sweating, particularly excessive underarm sweating. Everyone sweats more when they are hot or frightened, but OTT sweating might be due in part to our genes. As a final resort, surgery is sometimes considered, where the sympathetic nerves that control sweating are cut. This kind of operation needs general anesthesia, and isn’t sure to work. The success rate is roughly 30%. Underarm skin can be removed and can be quite successful, but this isn’t a standard operation because of the scarring and isn’t inspired or performed quite often.
Natural methods to cure over the top sweating are easily the simplest and cheapest way to manipulate the issue. It’s definitely safer to try diet control and natural cures first.
